    Volch'ya Staya: 
            Perk 1:
       * A: IA LMG: Fires the first two rounds of a burst much faster than normal. Landing them both on an enemy gives bonus target acquisition when the burst is done and a slight bonus damage increase against them. Becomes more accurate and faster-firing the longer it's fired. 

             Tree Perks
          CQB Ballistics - Greatly reduced recoil. Significant penalty to range.
          Field Choke - More range and Impact. Increased recoil.
          Smart Drift Control: Predictable and controllable recoil - Penalty to range.

            Perk 2:
        * Battle Balalaika: Landing both HBR shots on a target gives rounds bonus target acquisition and slight damage bonus on target, and allows them to ricochet towards enemies. You can deploy three at once, creating a trap of sorts. 
            Hidden Perk: Kills increase the number of ricochets.             

           Tree perks
           Casket Mag
           Explosive Rounds
           Braced Frame

            Perk 3:
           A: Partial Refund - assists have a chance to refund some of the weapon’s magazine.

Notes:

I couldn't think of a grimoire at the moment. You know, I think a great way to come up with exotics is to ask yourself what it can't do. Sure, make something that sounds powerful. Go ahead. But you need something to limit it. Limits can be more interesting than flaws because they help you flesh out specific strengths or traits, rather than generic HUEG POWER!

I didn't do that here, I just really wanted an LMG that shot ricocheting, explosive rounds. And isn't that what most of us really want, deep inside?
